Oversaw and facilitated discovery activities and directed the experience vision and strategy, and ensured high-quality deliverables that met inclusive experience design best practices.

Clients included: First Watch, Shake Shack (Webby Award, 2021; Acquia Engage Award, 2022), Noodles & Co. (Webby Honoree, 2024), Popeye’s, Red Robin, Texas Roadhouse, Freddy’s, Qdoba, Denny’s, Cheesecake Factory, and Wawa.

Also, part of a group of leaders and contributors that founded and advised the Bounteous Diversity & Inclusion Council and associated employee resource groups.
